EXTREMELY rude disgraceful staff, called one of the staff members and they were extremely disrespectful during the call, mimicked what i said and hung up on me mid sentence. All the great staff have left(no wonder) and any time i’m in here there is someone being mistreated, it’s absolutely disgusting, this place should be shut down. My recent appointments left me feeling unsupported and dismissed, with doctors displaying a lack of knowledge on basic medications and even denying a necessary medical certificate. This is unacceptable for patients seeking competent healthcare. Really kind & caring Doctor (Dr Akhter). At Farrell Street Family practice I got the choice to have a female doctor. Dr Akhter has been excellent & listens to her patients.
Such a plethora of great Dr’s. We are super lucky.
Dr Rafiq was extremely rude and unpleasant during our interaction. I am very disappointed at being spoken to in such an abrupt and dismissive manner. I was simply trying to book an appointment for my child to discuss sensitive matters, and I had confirmed with reception that this would be appropriate. However, the doctor rudely advised me that the appointment could not go ahead and that I had not confirmed this with reception!
