Farrell St Medical Centre has been very welcoming and professional. The team is friendly, organised, and genuinely caring towards patients. While waiting, I observed both the receptionist and nurse going above and beyond to support a patient who was about to travel. The receptionist showed a genuinely kind and caring approach, and the nurse took extra time to carefully discuss the best medication prescription option for the patient’s situation. EXTREMELY rude disgraceful staff, called one of the staff members and they were extremely disrespectful during the call, mimicked what i said and hung up on me mid sentence. All the great staff have left(no wonder) and any time i’m in here there is someone being mistreated, it’s absolutely disgusting, this place should be shut down.
