Unprofessional, disgraceful and hopelessly useless!!! I have used this practice for a number of years knowing how useless they are, but for basic things the location is handy for me. Never in a million years would I go there for anything important! The staff lack quality, curtesy and professionalism. The change of doctors in the practice is so common that it's uncommon to see the same doctor twice. They change your appointments without advising. We are new patients here and can’t thank this wonderful team more. With weekly visits with doctor, nurse and bloods nurse. Legends, including the lovely lady at front desk organising all the appointments for me.
Watch out for fake five-star reviews that have been done just before this review. They were at 3.2 and have done the reviews to change it to a 3.3. This is by far the worst family practice on the Sunshine Coast—if not further afield. About two weeks ago, I had my final appointment here. I told the manager, the receptionist, and the doctor that this clinic has the worst Google ratings on the Sunshine Coast. They all had no idea about the reviews. I highly recommend Dr Ghafoor and the nurse, the girls on reception. Also being able to have a blood test on site is so convenient.
Dr Gafoor has been my practitioner since the opening of Farrell St FP. A kind hearted person with a passion for his work. Friendly staff always ready to help when needed.
