I like that this gym takes a thoughtful approach to fitness. They start with a quick body scan (just standing on sensors and holding onto sensors…very easy!) that measures things like body fat and muscle mass, which helps create a plan tailored to your goals. The staff are available to talk through fitness and nutrition, so it feels more personalized than just showing up for a workout. Once you are done with the program you do another body scan. Absolutely amazing experience! The owner was so welcoming and the instructors are great. I was introduced by a client that I noticed had lost a lot of weight. He convinced me to give his gym a try and I’m telling you, the hardest part is just showing up that first day. The workouts are great and you can go completely at your own pace. So much support and so much encouragement. I haven’t done a 10 week challenge yet but I’m totally looking forward to doing one. You won’t regret coming to this gym!

FXB has been so life-changing. Before joining, I struggled to commit to a workout routine. Mike and Jenn are beyond supportive, along with everyone else who attends. It's awesome to come workout and you're greeted with a smile. Also, the kickboxing portion is a lot of fun.
Mike and Jen are the best. This really is the best fitness community in Dubuque. Love coming here!
