This is the best Attorney in the State. I knew I had the best when I was in divorce court and all the other attorneys flocked to Thomas D Farrell for advice. Not only was he the Deputy Attorney for the State of Hawaii he was a JAG attorney in the Army and the Senior Partner at Coats and Frey until he broke away and started his own practice. You get what you pay for and if you want the best contact Farrell and Associates.
I regretfully hired this law firm for a divorce and found them to be incompetent. I had put down a $5000 retainer, but after the case went no where, I asked for it back. For two months they held my money and were unable to "find it." The office staff were less than helpful. I eventually talked to Tom Ferrell himslef who was also confused as to where the money went. I would not recommend this firm to anyone! They charge outlandish rates and create fees and random things to charge you for after your case is done and you no longer even deal with them. I just paid off my balance a couple weeks ago which was a several hundreds of dollars more than they even quoted me and now, after my balance is fully paid may I add, now I have more due when they haven’t touched my case in months and the person who did work with me early in the year no longer even works there. Mr. Phil Dureza was assigned to my case after being transferred from a previous law firm. I have never written a review concerning a business, however, I do not want another family to be robbed by this firm. In addition to leaving my case in the middle of a hearing and charging me $8000, Mr. Dureza came late to the custody hearing and was not dressed (he was still putting on his belt when he approached me).
