Ian from Farrell Family Air Ducts was amazing. We had just moved into our new home in Deer Park, and I wanted to be sure the air ducts and vents were really clean for a fresh indoor environment. He spent the day making sure everything was cleaned thoroughly and looked over with care. He was professional, friendly, and very detailed, and he made a big difference in the air quality and overall comfort of the house. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Farrell Family Air Ducts for air duct cleaning. Brett and Ian were friendly, professional, and very thorough. They clearly take pride in their work and explained the duct cleaning process well. I really liked that they showed before-and-after videos on site, so I could see the dust and buildup removed from the vents and ductwork. With the hot weather and constant AC use, I’m very glad I had this service done because the whole system feels cleaner and more refreshed.
I had an issue with my dryer vent booster fan, and the team took the time to walk me through the available options and answer all of my questions in a clear, helpful way. In the end, I chose to have the booster fan removed and a temporary duct section installed so I could start using my dryer again right away.
