Do not recommend getting waxed here. People mostly go here for threading, so her wax is old or not hot enough. She ripped out pieces of my skin.
The bad employee is gone! I can’t believe someone created this page and complained to the BBB, and no one else has put a review up. Please look at the Google reviews for Farrah! They will give you a MUCH more accurate picture of what the experience is like. Maybe the complainant did not understand how the beauty industry hires their staff, but the estheticians are licensed independent of any studio/salon and then seek employment at such places.
