Dr Hafeez has been my dr from her first day at Washington twp office. I love her and will stay with her forever if I can! She takes excellent care of me and my SO. I truly recommend her to everyone! God bless the person who gave her the office!

Dr. Hafeez has made it a point to make me feel completely at ease with my plan of care. She is professional, dependable, and authentic. She really has a way of making you feel heard, and that is a rare commodity in healthcare. I would recommend her 100%!
