Everyone that came in contact with bc of my appt. with Covington's Ochsner Neurosurgery were professional and friendly. Ms Dean took my case, asking and answering questions all the while reassuring my concerns and making me feel secure. She explained what could be causing my problem and options to address it. They wanted results from my ultrasound and X-ray before follow-up !!
Farrah was very helpful and communicated clearly steps to be taken. Would recommend her to anyone anytime.
