Farrah was thorough, detailed, and most importantly patient and compassionate. As the world tumbles further into the trap of profit and speed, it hard to find someone who cares even the slightest. I would recommend Farrah.
Everyone that came in contact with bc of my appt. with Covington's Ochsner Neurosurgery were professional and friendly. Ms Dean took my case, asking and answering questions all the while reassuring my concerns and making me feel secure. She explained what could be causing my problem and options to address it. They wanted results from my ultrasound and X-ray before follow-up !!
