Upon reading reviews of other patients of Farrgut Modern Dentistry, I have to say Im quite surprised. The level of professionalism, care, understanding, and just simple compassion and kindness isn't even on a scale of 1-10. Yes the billing/insurance was an issue for myself as well. Called yesterday promised a call back on an implant they didn’t put in correct. Never called. Now been on hold today for 25 mins. And been told multiple times 1 person in front of me. This would not be a problem if you would have just called me back
