I don't recommend Farragut ENT/Sandy Anderson, Athens Tennessee. Apparently AUD Sandra(Sandy) Anderson has a problem with returning a patient's messages. I was told by Sandy Anderson that I needed hearing devices. 2-3 months passed by & I never received any responses from Farragut ENT or Sandy Anderson, after leaving messages. I checked with my insurance company & this Provider/clinic NEVER submitted a hearing device claim on me. Horrible place to take special needs children.
I took my 4 year old to the Athens office and they are absolutely amazing!! From the beginning to the end of our visit everyone was so kind and welcoming! We seen Dr. Brown and he is so well experienced and eased all of this mommas worries. Thank you all for being so amazing and taking great care of my princess!
