I took one of my blouses in for dry cleaning due to a small stain on the front, whenever I picked it up I wasn’t even sure it was my shirt because it was a completely different color. When brought to the attention of the employees I was very respectful and showed a photo of the shirt’s original color. They basically told me it was the manufacturer’s fault for not setting the color correctly and didn’t even apologize or offer a refund for the mistake. The stain was still on the front of the shirt. I've always had a good experience. I drop off at the Cedar Bluff location and the girl there is always very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them.
