Our hood vent over the range stopped working. I called them to come out and look at it and within two minutes of him being here he said since You need to access the roof that it would have to wait until spring, it’s December. Nothing was diagnosed, we have no idea what is even wrong with it. He went into the attic for two minutes and brought back a trail of insulation all over the floor, and when I asked why the receptionist didn’t ask me if it was on the roof, because it could’ve saved us both the time of them coming out, H... read more
