Great customer service. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and arrived earlier than expected after giving us a heads-up call. The problem was diagnosed, corrected, and the service charge was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company and its employees.

My electric dryer wasn’t drying my clothes all the way, so I had this place come out to look at it. I know on the phone they said $75 just to have them come out, fine. Not even 2 seconds in the room he said I bet this is the problem.. I had a thicker fuzzy sock covering the end of the vent to catch lint, not knowing that was the issue. My older Maytag washer went out on a Monday. Called Farraghers’ on Tuesday and they sent a service tech on Thursday. As I had relayed my suspicion of the problem part to the scheduler, a new part was brought along. The service tech quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and even gave the rest of the machine a quick check, advising me of signs that a major machine part (no longer available for replacement due to the machine’s age) was beginning to deteriorate.
