Beware! This builder was building my house in Holiday Beach. After refusing to pay for mistakes he made he used bullying to attempt to receive payment. When payment wasn't received he walked off the project. Hired a 3rd party inspector only to find he wasn't building house to windstorm code. He refused to fix any problems. To this date he has refused to fix the windstorm deficiencies. Just wanted the home we agreed on that was up to code. Take these reviews seriously. Home owner beware!
