I placed an order for an item that was had a coupon code for a promotion and I used the Chi website over ULTA or Amazon to use the code. My order was not handled for several days and then suddenly cancelled with no explanation. I called the company and was told my item was out of stock and that was the reason it was cancelled. I worked there a couple yrs ago for the security department, and everything they are saying in the bad reviews is true, Having money doesn't make you better than someone. And the way you treat people says a lot about a person. Curtis Davis is a horrible security manager and Shelcie Repozo De La Cruz is just as bad as well. And it's true everybody knows each other and work with each other so that if you have an issue or go to HR, you pretty much signed your death certificate.
