Such an amazing company from customer service to the products. Top of the line for sure.
I want to praise the customer service reps at Farouk Systems for the way they handled my order. I placed my order online and got an email confirmation of it. Then I waited 10 business days as suggested by their shipping policy before messaging them and telling them I hadn’t received my order and hadn’t heard anything else from them. This company sells **** products and when you try to contact customer service they do not return your calls or emails. I tried to leave an honest review on the product I purchased and they will not post the review, they will only post the good reviews which is false advertising. The reviews are the main reason I decided to try their product but now I know there are tons of bad reviews they just dont let you see them on their site. I give Chi hair dryers & straighter a 0 rating. I bought a hair dryer and it died in less than 1 year. I was hoping it was just a fluke so I purchased a hair straightener and guess what it died in less than 1 year. No more Chi products will be purchased in this house. Now I know what your going to say “they have a warranty” well your right, but that’s my fault because I didn’t save the receipt or register the product. Very disappointed with your products.

As long as the tool is a Chi we will replace it within the year without a receipt. As long as the date code on the tools corresponds with the purchase date.
I purchased the bio silk 17 miracle leave in conditioner. I wrote to bio silk to tell them that it was the worst product I have ever put in my hair. They wrote back to me and told me that they were number one in America and that I should try again and maybe it was something else I put on my hair. Are you kidding me this is not a response that you give back to a customer. They offered no apology no refund no nothing. All they did was boast about how they are number one in America. Customer service is awful. I called to explain a problem I had with one of their products. They lady told me they would replace no problem..I even explained to her I no longer had the receipt she said that’s fine send a statement. I have her my address and ended the conversation with we will send a replacement sorry for your inconvenience. I then get another call back from her asking for some proof of purchase., I said ok and then after taking awhile to look for some sort of proof of purchase and contacting **** credit card ... read more
