Their Riverdale property’s staff was very unprofessional and blatantly lied on me to the property manager. My apartment was changed without notice I️ went from the third floor to the terrace level in an entirely new building and when I️ spoke to the leasing agents they told me they can not deal with me, asked me what do I️ not understand about my apartment being changed even though there was no notice, and hung up.
