This business is not worth a visit. I have had asthma all weekend so I called to get an appointment to be seen this week. I was told the doctor is on vacation and cannot see me until the end of next month. By than I will be dead of an asthma attack! Not only does this doctor take a vacation but has no one to back him up while he is away. No one there to authorize refill for my prescriptions either. I'm currently enrolled in the bariatric program and was recommended here by my surgeon....it took forever to get an appointment then I get me lung test done....forever to be reseen for the results...which were fine....then she says well I want u to get a sleep study done.....pointless I don't have sleep apnea......that was the second week of February and it's now April 2 nd I still don't have my test results .....I have called 6x no answer back no one answers the phone ......Wilmington hospital has called for me no less than... read more
If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been dealing with this awful office since December and now .. they have NO information that a second sleep study was ordered.. ( as if a person would have a 2nd sleep study for the fun of it )! It’s been 3 weeks and no results and they can’t find my information.. Seriously Awful service from day 1! ( the machine wasn’t working so visit was extremely long) .. also.. why are they Never available? Late arrivals and early leave .. never going to them again!
This doctor sucks! Will not return calls, very unprofessional, schedules you for tests but will not tell you why or what the results of a test are. would not recommend to anyone
I have copd and been going to her for 8 years. I am at the point where I can walk 4 to 5 miles 3 days a week and another 1 plus miles 3 times a week. Before being treated by Dr. Farooqui I had a hard time walking any kind of distance. I never had problems with billing . They take my copays and that's all. Dr. Told me whenever I feel I am getting bronchitis not to call primary care physician to call her. I do and by the end of her day my prescriptions are called into Walgreens.
