I could barely hear the front desk lady. She was literally whispering and I kept having to reask my questions. If I wasnt reasking because of her whispering I was reasking because she wasnt answering the dang question!! If you dont know the answer, put me on hold and find out. Dont keep responding super vaguely so I keep having to waste my time reasking the same question in a different way. Wow that was so infuriating.
We have loved there service since day one. We are moving and had our last appointment today. I wish we could finish the prescription with them. They are wonderful, efficient, and very caring!

Terrific work but they do NOT respect or value your time. Every time I have been here they call my son back 30+ minutes later than the agreed time. I can see the frustration in the waiting room from other patients due to the wait. I highly suggest that they refine their scheduling and give themselves more time so patients are seen closer to their appointment time.
Best place in town ! Super friendly and professional ortho services! Greeted & acknowledged when you arrive. No long waiting in the waiting room as they are quick and attentive to their customers. Highly recommend! They make you feel comfortable and safe. Always arrive with a smile and leave with a smile.
