Terrific work but they do NOT respect or value your time. Every time I have been here they call my son back 30+ minutes later than the agreed time. I can see the frustration in the waiting room from other patients due to the wait. I highly suggest that they refine their scheduling and give themselves more time so patients are seen closer to their appointment time.
Best place in town ! Super friendly and professional ortho services! Greeted & acknowledged when you arrive. No long waiting in the waiting room as they are quick and attentive to their customers. Highly recommend! They make you feel comfortable and safe. Always arrive with a smile and leave with a smile.
The most delightful people I have ever met. I have had braces before but recently started developing snoring at night and biting my tongue so I made a free consultation appointment to get it checked out. I ended up not needing ortho services and found out it might be a tongue issue instead of a teeth issue as my teeth looked ideal. The staff were amazing, very patient and understanding. The dentist had a soothing voice to where I was almost sad I didn’t need services. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing ortho work.
This place is great! The staff is so nice and answers all questions. Bonus you can get an ice cream at the end. Latisha helps get scheduled payments for braces in a affordable amount. I never knew braces could be affordable. 100% a place I'd recommend to others to go.
