As new campers and camper owners, the entire staff came through in our time of need despite being very busy. We bought a camper from (unfortunately) another vendor from Michigan at the Hershey show. That vendor never prepped the camper and just dropped it off. Gary and his staff worked with us and the vendor on resolving all these issues including proper registration, identifying brake issues, inspection and a thorough prep/orientation with us. Just had a storm-caused problem. They sent a tech out in no time and fixed the problem for us. Incredible service!
We had Farnsworth Camping Center, Elysburg , do some work on our camper after we had a blowout that caused significant damage back in July. We had them look over it to make sure it was safe to use, without causing more damage & do some light maintenance work. The service work was terrible. My husband called to talk to them after they did the maintenance work in July.
