As new campers and camper owners, the entire staff came through in our time of need despite being very busy. We bought a camper from (unfortunately) another vendor from Michigan at the Hershey show. That vendor never prepped the camper and just dropped it off. Gary and his staff worked with us and the vendor on resolving all these issues including proper registration, identifying brake issues, inspection and a thorough prep/orientation with us.
