There are really unhelpful, the customer service is so poor, they don't care about their patients and I will never recommend anybody to go there. Why would want to recommend anyone I know to go where they will not be helped or valued. The customer service i have had in years, cancelled my appointment because i could not make it and I was told I will not be getting treatment from their practice and they were talking about me and looking at me, sure a horrible service. I was previously a private patient at Farnham Road Dental Practice and had always received good care. However, due to a recent change in my financial situation, I applied for NHS support and transitioned to being an NHS patient. Unfortunately, I was unexpectedly removed from the practice after trying to reschedule an appointment I had to cancel due to a hospital consultation with my gastroenterologist. Do not recommend them, they need any reason to remove patience under the NHS even if you have given them a valid reason. I couldn't attend my appointment as I went into surgery unexpectedly. called that morning saying I wasn't able to attend. No empathy, or compassion for patients. If I was paying privately they would not do this. They will remove you without any notice. they just need any excuse to get rid off people under nhs.
