I am disgusted with this surgery, I phoned in on Monday 23/6/25 regarding the weight loss jab after my doctor had put me forward for it the receptionist said she'd put a note on screen for a doctor to get back to me it is now Friday 27/6/25 and no contact with any doctor, I phoned in today 27/6/25 and after waiting 42 minutes I spoke to the receptionist who after a bit of searching found that one of the doctors had looked in my files and saw I wasn't eligible for this drug as I only met 3 out of the 5 criteria but I can coun... read more
Ihave been with Farnham medical cent 40yrs ,although we have changed over the years doctors I so admire Dr Curtis he makes it so easy to explain your problems and Ruth who is a Nurse practitioner is so lovely knows her Job and excellent Thank you all for being there Yvonne Scaife
Since the surgery was taken over by 2 others several years ago the surgery has gone right down. Online information for NHS app is disgraceful. Several calls and messages via NHS app virtually ignored. Over a year of asking and my permanent thyroxine prescription of many years still not available to order through the app. Last time i asked was told wasn't on app because I hadn't had a blood test, this was 4 days before my vital tablets ran out yet hadn't even been told to go for one!
