Just been there for Lunch, and I am sure I will return. The kindness and the athmosphere are half of the reasons why, and of course there's the food - quite straightforward, but with very good ingredients and prepared with love! The tables are a bit small, so it's not best suited for a date or a meeting with friends, in my opinion.
When you stop by for lunch and like it so much you come back for dinner, you know you've found a gem. All fresh, delicious, perfectly-seasoned dishes — simple, vibrant and expertly crafted without an ounce of pretension. For lunch, I tried the cornmeal-crusted fluke, which was accompanied by a light sauce, farm-fresh green beans, sweet tomatoes and blueberries. I had a delicious drink with cider and bourbon. We asked for a slice of cheese to try and they brought it out with honey, seasoned almonds, and peppery-plum jam. I highly recommend this place for a date. I will be back soon enough!
