My experience working with Century Communities has been extremely disappointing. Throughout the closing process, I was told certain items would be included with the home, such as a fully grassed front yard landscaping package- which is not true. However, during my final walkthrough, the garage remote was missing and I was never informed it would not be provided. Post-closing communication and warranty service have also been frustrating.
