If there was 0 stars that is what would be given. Had an appointment at 3. It was 4:15 and no one had bothered to let me know the doctor was running behind. When asked to speak to a manager Mamés Maria, she rudely answered and showed no patient empathy whatsoever telling me I have an attitude. Well I wonder how nice she’d be if she was left waiting almost an hour. Unbelievable the little patient care they have. RecommendedI've been going here about 2-3 times a year for 18 years, without complaint...good service, good people. Why not go see for yourself.
Terrible office go elsewhere.
Long wait times, scheduling errors, switching doctors, lost bloodwork.
We love these doctors and the staff! They are kind and concerned,something you don't find often :)
