The hoa fees and petty fines are rediculous. They even started letting in section 8. Units are very old and if your not elderly they look at you funny. The complaints and fines are so bad.
HIGHLY do not recommend if you’re under the age of 65. This is a community built for the elderly, it should be advertised as so. The rules and regulations are absolutely absurd for the amount of money you spend to live here. You have no freedom to do anyyyyything.
I have lived here for almost 30 years. It is a magnificent place to live! As we grow older, we need socialization and amenities that don't require us to leave the community for them. FW has it all! There are numerous activities, plus the obvious 4 pools, golfing and the restaurant. The best part are the staff, the management, and most of all, the people who live here! We support each other through everything! If you don't like the rules, then condo living is not for you! Easy decision!
We have lived here for 12 years and we really enjoy it!
