I use to work here before i moved and i love how they put there residents first and we treated each and every resident like family

Farmington Square Eugene is advertised as having a home-like approach and honestly FSE is a second home for residents, families and staff alike. I feel blessed to work at a place where we really do care for our residents. They care if they are warm ,fed, clean, happy, even down to making sure they have multiple activities each and everyday to help them stay physically and mentally active ..I see how everyone treats eachother and I just smile knowing I get to be part of this family. I love getting to say I LOVE MY JOB!!!!!
