I’ve had a unit here for years! Made every payment! I was a mere 3 weeks late this month which I was going to pay double next month. They padlocked my unit shut with no communication prior to that, no notice! No one will respond to my texts or messages. No one was at the office’ I need my access to my unit!!!! I spent all day trying to contact someone! How can they do this over that short an amount of time with zero communication! I have had a unit there since 2019 at least! Very upset!
Place is a joke. No management at all, to address payment issues online. No link on their website to make a payment online, the only link they have is to the old payment portal they don't use anymore. What it's been a year and they can't even update their website or invoices to put the payment link on a invoice. This place is a joke and I am taking my business elsewhere.
Doesn't answer the phone.
