Great doctors. I’ve seen stern since I was a child and the other doctors I’ve had interactions with are all great. No complaints about them. The staff who work for them are without a doubt the worst though. I’ve never dealt with such rude and abrasive receptionists. I’ve called and been passed around several times between receptionists or been hung up on and even belittled over the phone.
