Rude. Customer service hung up the phone on me as I was asking for help. Did not give me a chance to explain my situation. Only cared about how they would get paid. Would not even tell me how much it would cost
Terrible customer service and dishonest people. David the technician had me waiting at the house all day and never showed up. Got two different stories from the dispatcher trying to backtrack as to why no one showed up to the appointment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! There are plenty of better alternatives in the area, these people don’t deserve any business. Thanks for the wasted time :)
