A hidden gem worth the drive from Ottawa. This is a family-run estate cidery in Arnprior, tucked away from the city buzz on a beautiful orchard. The dry, European-style ciders are excellent, barrel-aged, no added sulphites, and you can taste the care in every bottle. The Davies family clearly put their hearts into this place. Peaceful setting, great cider, highly recommend the trip out.
Charming location and even better cider. We had a couple of flights which gave us a chance to try 8 of their ciders. All delicious. Great day trip out of Ottawa.
Had a little taster of this apple cider at the lcbo and oh my this is very very good. Refreshing and soft.
A great outing for our day! Three generations enjoyed the Farmgate Cider property. Everyone was very welcoming of our family. Abby (didn’t catch the spelling) was so warm and prepared two flights for us. Thanks so much for a lovely outing!
