Sam took great care of me yesterday after being mistreated at RSR Repair further west down Merrick. I pulled up; asked about A/C Service indicated on their signage. Sam beckoned and had me pull right up to a door where the A/C equipment sits. Within minutes he had pressure lines connected and informed me he’d start by checking the system for leaks. I don't how this place has a 4.5 star. The worker who i talked with was very rude and loud. I would rather pay extra money and get my work done somewhere else than getting any work done in this shop.
Professional, quality service, always at a reasonable price.
If I could give this spot zero stars I would. Worse place to get anything done. Employers are liars and try to scam people off. Shameful place. Please don’t go there. Save your money and your car.
