I've waited a month for service. Some young kids refuse to work pretending to get stuck an go home refused to come back or give date. Rediculous. No water two- three months. Pump paid for $3000. Pumps been in for weeks they refuse to work. Horrible company. I wouldn't recommend. They used to be good but apparently not anymore. They fixed last time no bs. 10 years ago. Travis from Farmers Supply came out in a rainstorm and replace our shallow well pump. Very kind and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
Gary helped me troubleshoot my well over the phone on a Sunday night and then sent his guys out Monday in the cold to replace my well pump. They did excellent work.
I would like to let everyone know in the Rapid City and surrounding area of the wonderful service Farmers - Well LLC gave us. They squeezed us into an already, massively busy schedule, and got our well up and running again. All this on a blistering hot day! What a blessing these folks are. New pump, electric line, and supply pipe along with a new electric saver to protect the pump from lightning strikes. Well done gentleman! Sorry just had to use that
