I am always impressed with the fraud team in catching purchases that don’t seem right and Mitch was AWESOME at assisting me with getting a new card.
They seemed genuinely happy that I wanted to open an account with FSB. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend FSB.
I am always greeted with a smile and a kind word. Both of the branches I frequent. FSB Edgewood Rd NW in the shopping center across from Berger King, and the FSB on Edgewood Road near Westdale Mall. Lovely people and that is why I don't do my banking with any other banks in the area.
