As a new customer, my experience could not have been. There was a warm greeting when I entered the bank. I explained I was there to open a CD and had no existing accounts there. Within minutes I was sitting in an office. He helped me with all my requests and questions and was extremely efficient and congenial.
Ben Kreuger was excellent to work with. Polite, knowledgeable & very friendly.
