Why does it take almost 2 years to get my Moms money for a CD that was cashed incorrectly by someone in the Waterloo Iowa office? I’ve been told it was their error and they will make it right and include past interest. Well here we are 2 years later and nothing but me jumping through hoops and signing and notarizing their forms as requested.
