RecommendedThey are always professional and willing to work with you. When I needed a loan for a house that was being built, the bank I was going to use said I was going to need about $24,000 in the bank to draw on before the loan was finalized, even the land, basement and site improvements were already paid for. I went to Farmer's State Bank instead, and they had no such requirement. And I didn't have to wait months for it, either, as I did with the first bank. I would recommend Farmer's State Bank to anyone.

They are unprofessional. And they will only help you if there’s enough money in it for them. They have no problem telling you to your face that “there’s not enough money in it for them to help you”. Happy to see that they’re going belly up. Closing branch after branch .... I can only hope Munith farmers State Bank is next! I have reported them to the federal government for not meeting fair lending practices. And I got my loan from a legitimate lending institution. Farmers State Bank what a joke!!!
