Never have had a problem with recc. Except right now I'm in the dark because of a storm in mammoth cave area! I've lived here since 2011.

Rediciculous that the wind blows and you're out of electric. I thank the men who work hard at restoring, but if you had to pay your customer for everytime their electricity goes out, you might fix the problem. I know if our payment is late, you seem to lay on the late fees. pathetic, 30+ year customer. Get it fixed, Get it together FRECC
