I made a call today and spoke with a representative that was a female there. I was super kind and complemented the tree trimmers at house such a good job they have done cutting and trimming trees and that I was making a call on behalf of my elderly neighbor that can’t hear well about his gate, post being damaged by heavy equipment She says, why isn’t he calling and I had to explain his age and he can’t hear. All they got to do is hire me and put a crew out for permanent maintenance they don't do it they like buying Band-Aids
Transformer blew last night and some customers are still experiencing brown out issues. First woman we contacted this morning didn't even report and now they will "have someone try and come out". No ETA. Very disappointed.
