If I could give this butchers in Pughs Food Hall a minus 1 I would We use this butchers because it’s local but our past few visits we have had poor quality meat at premium prices When visiting the shop today the attitude of the ‘butcher’ was disgusting and we will never spend a penny with your company again Customer service skills in retail are a basic necessity and that is an area your staff severely lack
I went in to the Whitchurch shop for a quick look as I’ve moved into the area and when I went in I was shocked to see how nice and fresh the meat was. I ended up leaving with to carrier bags full. The meat was really good and the pies are absolutely delicious. Really friendly and helpful staff. Will be coming back again 👍
Went in with my son on the weekend and asked for a tomahawk and may I say it was the best chunk of meat I’ve ever had the butcher said to cook it on the BBQ and told me exactly how to cook it and it was perfect. There’s display counter was amazing and definitely will be going to spend my money there again.
Guys you’ve gone down hill faster than jack and Jill , honestly no idea why I was given this as a fillet but you won’t be having my custom again
