*Do not bank here* I paid rent with a check which didn’t process until after hours and put me into the negative. I noticed and paid within a couple hours and still received an overdraft fee. Speaking to the teller she said if your account is in the negative ‘after 6’ it’s considered the next day… she said it’s automatic and there was nothing she could do. To me it makes no sense that being negative for a couple hours would cost me $33 and this is the only bank where they couldn’t waive the fee once (or she was unwilling). Cl... read more
Great Bank although the branch I do most of my business in is Harrodsburg. The Danville office has exceptional customer service as well. All the branches I have been to so far have been. Always smiling faces, and they greet you when you come in every time. Even if they ha e a customer in front of them.
Very clean and quick bank. Staff is nice and I can cash a check in 2-3 minutes.
