I have been banking with them for many, many years. I love all of the people who work there. Always kind and Always helpful. Definitely 5
*Do not bank here* I paid rent with a check which didn’t process until after hours and put me into the negative. I noticed and paid within a couple hours and still received an overdraft fee. Speaking to the teller she said if your account is in the negative ‘after 6’ it’s considered the next day… she said it’s automatic and there was nothing she could do. To me it makes no sense that being negative for a couple hours would cost me $33 and this is the only bank where they couldn’t waive the fee once (or she was unwilling). Cl... read more
