This is the third year I have had an issue with Farmers Bank. every year they want to increase my mortgage because My tax bill increased . Every year I pay the short fall. This year my short payment was ignored my payment and my mortgage payment increased. This is some type of of Scam !!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Poor communication. Does not return calls. Would not recommend as a financial institution.
Teller was rude over the phone and couldn’t even try to help me figure out my issue. Sent me to customer service and then when nothing rang through, hung up on my phone call after. Why do I even bank with a company who doesn’t care if I keep my phone with them. Beyond stupid
I had some business to conduct with them coming from out-of-state to deal with probate. Everyone I dealt with was professional courteous and did everything they could to assist me. I've dealt with another bank for a similar situation. And they have done nothing but thrown up barriers at me. I really appreciate the outstanding service that farmers national gave me
