This bank is all about screwing the consumer over ....fees fees fees . Think about where you go Huntington Bank is much better and fees are 15 instead of 39..and I will be taking my ss check from this bank and getting it transferred to Huntington Bank ..
Long story short, I am out $500 because they refused to help me. Unlike every other bank, they do not have 24 hr helpline. If the building is closed you’re out of luck. The customer service phone line runs on bankers hours too. This bank doesn’t care about you. Go anywhere else.
I had to close some accounts because my parents both passed. Everyone was very helpful and efficient and, given the situation, kind.
The worst set up in banking history! Whoever thought about making this set up the way to bank should be FIRED!!!! Work Smarter & Not Harder - this bank is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be prepared to wait Forever.
