Terrible customer service. Poor communication. Does not return calls. Would not recommend as a financial institution.
Teller was rude over the phone and couldn’t even try to help me figure out my issue. Sent me to customer service and then when nothing rang through, hung up on my phone call after. Why do I even bank with a company who doesn’t care if I keep my phone with them. Beyond stupid
I had some business to conduct with them coming from out-of-state to deal with probate. Everyone I dealt with was professional courteous and did everything they could to assist me. I've dealt with another bank for a similar situation. And they have done nothing but thrown up barriers at me. I really appreciate the outstanding service that farmers national gave me
Received a money order from this bank back in December. Sent it to Ohio Edison. They said they never received it and blah blah that I would need to go to the bank to see if THEY ( Ohio Edison) cashed it, which made no sense! Wouldn't you know if you received my payment?! Anyway went to farmers to see of they could track it with the little part you keep. Not one person there knew how to find out if it was ever cashed! Multiple employees and no one knew how to use their own system to check on Their Own Money order! So someone ... read more
