I had some business to conduct with them coming from out-of-state to deal with probate. Everyone I dealt with was professional courteous and did everything they could to assist me. I've dealt with another bank for a similar situation. And they have done nothing but thrown up barriers at me. I really appreciate the outstanding service that farmers national gave me
Received a money order from this bank back in December. Sent it to Ohio Edison. They said they never received it and blah blah that I would need to go to the bank to see if THEY ( Ohio Edison) cashed it, which made no sense! Wouldn't you know if you received my payment?! Anyway went to farmers to see of they could track it with the little part you keep. Not one person there knew how to find out if it was ever cashed! Not looking forward to unreasonable fees of minimum $500. balances to avoid monthly fees on all accounts. Not able to regularly maintain $500., especially on checking accts.., and living on social security. New policy is just oportunistic greed. Time to change banks.
Thank you for putting additional charges on checking, savings & etc. This is absurd & what about people on Social security that don't make $500.00 on checking account monthly! Talked to a Jessie at your 800 number about charges & all she did was talk over me! You should take these charges off people 65 & older! Very upset, having numerous accounts with your bank!! 😭
