Will not call you back at all.Called about an auto loan was told I would receive a call back by 5 pm.Called them back still no call from the bank.Would not recommended Farmers bank to anyone.
This is the third year I have had an issue with Farmers Bank. every year they want to increase my mortgage because My tax bill increased . Every year I pay the short fall. This year my short payment was ignored my payment and my mortgage payment increased. This is some type of of Scam !!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Poor communication. Does not return calls. Would not recommend as a financial institution.
Teller was rude over the phone and couldn’t even try to help me figure out my issue. Sent me to customer service and then when nothing rang through, hung up on my phone call after. Why do I even bank with a company who doesn’t care if I keep my phone with them. Beyond stupid
