I had to close some accounts because my parents both passed. Everyone was very helpful and efficient and, given the situation, kind.
The worst set up in banking history! Whoever thought about making this set up the way to bank should be FIRED!!!! Work Smarter & Not Harder - this bank is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be prepared to wait Forever.
Will not call you back at all.Called about an auto loan was told I would receive a call back by 5 pm.Called them back still no call from the bank.Would not recommended Farmers bank to anyone.
This is the third year I have had an issue with Farmers Bank. every year they want to increase my mortgage because My tax bill increased . Every year I pay the short fall. This year my short payment was ignored my payment and my mortgage payment increased. This is some type of of Scam !!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Poor communication. Does not return calls. Would not recommend as a financial institution.
