the change over is awful, no customer support, call center times are over 60 minutes .. and they kick you out...and start all over again. this was a good bank but now is THEE WORST

I don’t live in Ohio or anywhere near to Ohio. I rely on the app or the website for my banking needs. For the last few weeks I haven’t been able to access my Zelle or log in to my account.
Great update too app, haven't had a working debt card for 5 days, FNB does not reply to messages left with customer service number of by email. About ready to close accounts
The bank did a terrible job converting to a new mobile banking system in the summer 2026. The new system was poorly implemented with terrible follow through with the new app. I will be pulling my money…. It is shame that my bank merged and this group out of Ohio.
