This company is a waste in every aspect. There is so much to explain. If I were you, I would shop else where. I am having to file complaints with several agencies and see an attorney to get $3,800 of repairs completed. Here is one thing. We had an insurance adjuster come out. He did the required paperwork. They sent us a check in mine and my wife name. We started the repairs, it was worse then expected. We contacted the adjuster again, he did the required paperwork.
