I started a policy and wanted monthly and was put on full pay and wanted my money back and they tell me it didn't come out my account yet but I have screenshots of it and all I will not recommended this company to nobody
( UPDATE 08/04/25) They are being sued * case# 24BB-CC00100, and the Company Manager is OUT! This company is (Still) a JOKE!!!
Don’t waste time or money on this company. With them for 9 years and they don’t cover anything. Tried to make roof claim and even though we have two estimates saying we had hail and wind damage, they disagreed and won’t pay anything. Also terrible customer service- don’t respond to messages or calls unless you are okay with waiting months for a response back. We called numerous times and left emails and messages with no response back from anyone local or from Sheild Co
