Don’t waste time or money on this company. With them for 9 years and they don’t cover anything. Tried to make roof claim and even though we have two estimates saying we had hail and wind damage, they disagreed and won’t pay anything. Also terrible customer service- don’t respond to messages or calls unless you are okay with waiting months for a response back. We called numerous times and left emails and messages with no response back from anyone local or from Sheild Co
Bent oak has some of the most hellpful and friendly people, great customer service and great prices. They really care about their insureds.
