my in-laws were clients for this company since 1978. In the last 15 years, my 89 yr old widowed mother in law had every single claim denied by this insurance company. I called them to ask for the records of claims, and was immediately met with a defensive "why". I told them for personal reasons, they agreed to grant my request. Recent change in leadership in the Comal County office. I had questions and spoke with the new president / general manger. I was told that I “wasn’t a fit” and that I “should look for another insurance company.” Weirdest conversation ever 😀. I looked for another insurance company, found another another insurance company and am happy that I did.
