We are very disappointed with the customer service we received from the Operations Manager, Shanay Armstrong. We opened up a Silver checking account because we had heard about the good reputation of Farmers Bank. When we originally opened the account with Annie, she was so wonderful and helpful, and we felt like she really cared and it made us excited to be with Farmers bank. Farmers and Merchants Bank in Long Beach is architecturally amazing I have never in my life seen such a beautiful Bank you don't even have to talk to the teller through a glass window it is the Long Beach Pine Avenue location they have private parking
