I have my business banking at this branch. Faisal has been a great help. It has been a decade since I did banking in person. I forgot how convenient it was, and how much a dedicated banker can help me with my business. It's a solid bank.
I appreciate that Faisal, Anya and Vivian have all been very helpful to me since I opened my accounts 3 years ago. They call if a transaction is questionable (outside of my usual routine), when I have a need, they are responsive. I have recommended them to business clients and other professionals. As a bookkeeper for many, I can say that the bank also makes it easy to get the information we need to do work for others compared to some other institutions.
We are always greeted by name and with a smile by everyone in the branch! It never feels like a generic bank experience in the branch. We asked for a commercial loan and it was the fastest loan processing we have ever had! They are also one of the only banks who DO NOT HAVE A prepay penalty! We said goodbye to 40 years of Wells Fargo after they had the gall to deny a 40%LTV loan on our house that has been free and clear since we bought it.
