One thing I love about Farmers & Merchants Bank is that no matter which branch you visit, you always receive the same amazing, consistent service. I have my business banking at this branch. Faisal has been a great help. It has been a decade since I did banking in person. I forgot how convenient it was, and how much a dedicated banker can help me with my business. It's a solid bank.
I appreciate that Faisal, Anya and Vivian have all been very helpful to me since I opened my accounts 3 years ago. They call if a transaction is questionable (outside of my usual routine), when I have a need, they are responsive. I have recommended them to business clients and other professionals. As a bookkeeper for many, I can say that the bank also makes it easy to get the information we need to do work for others compared to some other institutions.
