Amazing customer service! Pleasent interactions and quick service every time I go in! Very knowledgeable staff!
Stephanie and Autumn are THE BEST! Stephanie is so knowledgable and helpful, and Autumn is the sweetest. They are there for you no matter what you need - new account, new debit card, whatever. I had a charge come through that I forgot about, totally panicked, and called them. Stephanie helped me identify the charge, and even thought I felt a little embarrassed for forgetting she didn't make me feel like I was a bother at all. If you want a bank that cares, this is the place to go.
