This Bank sold a church (as a foreclosure) to us for $181,000 that they knew another bank had a second mortgage on. They never disclosed this relevant fact to us nor did their attorney even after we paid for a title exam. Since that time (one year) the other bank has decided not to redeem it because of a fire, vandalism and theft of all electrical wiring inside the building along with the theft of the HVAC units. It’s disappointing that a bank would do this to a church.
