I set up an appointment several days in advance with William for my husband and I. We arrived 5-10 minutes early and we were told by the receptionist that our appointment was taken by another client who missed their appointment the Friday before. Well, in the long run it turned out well for us. We continued shopping around and found better rates, elsewhere!
I have always received great service with Farmers. Quick to help with anything insurance related. Great customer service!!
