Victor was a great help and helped us get a reasonable coverage.
Rudolph was very cordial and knowledgeable and I am very satisfied to transfer my Home Insurance coverage to Farmers with confidence.
My mom had difficulty months ago, trying to get coverage for her place in Riverside County. Once she got coverage with Rudolph’s help, she told him that she would be the best customer he had and refer him plenty of people. Today I made good on that promise by canceling an Allstate policy for my deceased father. He had been getting overcharged for years. I recieved service from Rudolph. I was initially nervous working with Farmers because I had to adjust something in my policy and things just disappeared, especially in a time crunch - but Rudolph fixed things and even helped me close with a better rate. I am thankful for his diligence and intentionality. 10/10, would recommend.
I love this place, always so nice, and always, and I mean always available to talk to. Love the great customer service. The only reason I’m with Farmers is because of Vince, and Darene
