Great personality and kind heart. She is very experienced agent.
Was with this insurance company for a few years. However my rates went up and when I inquired about this she told me to check around. (Which I already did) I told her I called another company and they offered me more insurance for less than what I was paying before the price increase ( in hopes she would try to make it right so i could stay with her agency) Instead she was very rude and unprofessional told me to swap and to also take my motorcycle policy as well, so I did. Highly pretentious.
Trisha Lynn is hands down the most unprofessional, arrogant, and two-faced “agent” I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t need to go through her for insurance, I had my own already. But I decided to support someone I considered a friend. What a joke. The second she got my business, she completely flipped. Suddenly, I was a burden. She got snippy, passive-aggressive, and treated me like I was wasting her time. She made it crystal clear she didn’t care, telling me she only makes $15 a month off my policy like that was my fault.
